the small medieval town of Dürnstein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and
explore the ruins of Kühnring Castle, where King Richard the Lionheart
was held captive in 1192.
Travel
along the Danube through vineyards and stop at a traditional Austrian
"Heurigen" for a break. And on hot summer days, take a dip in the

Tour Overview
The tour is about 30km long. The route runs mostly flat on asphalt paths. Some villages are on small hills, but the slopes are suitable for all ages. We stop regularly throughout the tour to enjoy the view and give you information about the region, wine and history. There are a total of 4 bike sections of approx. 30 to 40 minutes each.
